Troop Howell Bridge

7,296 Holes on the Rochester, NY Troop Howell Bridge needed to be either reamed from 13/16" or drilled to 1-1/16". The process was complicated as there were three plates of structural steel totaling 3-1/16" thick. Further complicating the process was the fact the concrete placement resulted in misalignment of the steel plates.
